I am inspired by the living world as interpreted by humans throughout history. The wonder, worship, and fear that nature inspires.

I grew up in a small town just outside of Anchorage, Alaska. I've always been drawn to jewelry and worked in sales management and fine jewelry sales in Seattle then New York City. After moving to Portland, Oregon, I was able to start designing jewelry and with the encouragement of friends and immediate family, I started my line in 2008.  

I aim to design and create quality, indelible ornaments for my customers to wear for many years. Modern heirlooms to be piled on with abandon. I believe that jewelry isn't just a simple accessory, it should be striking and memorable. My hope is that you will enjoy them for many years to come. 

Allison Bartline Jewelry is designed, carved from wax, cast, and finished all by hand in Portland, Oregon. Always made with care using recycled sterling silver and natural gemstones. 

Similar to antiques and nature, no two of these handmade pieces will be identical. There will be variances in the finish, patina, texture and color of both stones and metal from piece to piece, including the pieces pictured. Enjoy its unique qualities!
